The Art of Pampering Your Mouth

If you don’t notice it, the mouth is arguably one of the busiest parts of your body.

You eat at least three times a day (time spent munching depends on your appetite); talk to your family, friends, clients and people you encounter every day; kiss your partner or spouses (where? It’s up to you); and even in your sleep you snore (you can’t say no since how would you know you’re not making such noise while your sleeping?)

Now, how do you pamper such a busy “worker” aside from brushing your teeth three times a day (others might even miss a session or two). Well, I am not a dentist to share a list on oral care. Lessen your intake of softdrinks or soda. Valentine’s Day is a little different this year.
